I’ve been in the construction business for over 15 years. As part of my job, I love being able to be creative in problem-solving and project development. If I had to define my style, it would be ancient modern architecture. When I’m not at work, I am often spending time with my family or doing something outdoors.

I’ve been an interior designer for nearly a decade and continue to be inspired by the work we do. Home is at the center of everything, and each project is an opportunity to define what that means for our clients. As head of the interior design department, I lead a collaborative, engaged, and creative team. It’s an honor to be trusted with our clients’ dreams. Outside of work, I love being a mom to my two boys alongside my husband and our dog.

I’m a proud mother of two who values hard work so I can fully enjoy time with my family. I earned my accounting degree from Weber State University and am grateful to apply it in a career that supports both my professional growth and my family. I love being part of a team of driven, talented individuals who inspire success. The design + build industry is especially rewarding, allowing me to see each project come to life from start to finish.

With nearly a decade in business operations across multiple industries and over five years in custom home building, I thrive on bringing projects to life. I’m passionate about creating a smooth, collaborative experience for clients, teams, and trade partners, with a focus on efficiency and detail. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing with my husband and dogs or spending time at the ranch with our horses. My favorite style is modern craftsman, blending clean lines with timeless, enduring design.

Working as an Interior Designer continues to be my favorite job. I learn something new everyday and with each project. The flexibility of creative design and media content helps our company stand out from competitors. There is nothing better than seeing a project once it is completed, making our client’s dream project their new reality.

My approach to design is personal and tailored to each individual or family, with a special eye for detail and how people truly live in their spaces. When I’m not working, you can usually find me biking with my husband, rearranging something at home, or baking a treat in the kitchen.

I have over seven years of experience in the construction industry and enjoy the hands-on work of keeping job sites organized, efficient, and moving forward. I value practical problem-solving and take pride in maintaining clean, well-presented sites that support strong project development.

I collaborate with all members of our team. I communicate various aspects of our projects to ensure things run smoothly. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy trying new recipes and being with my family.

I’ve always had a passion for building and creating, with a strong appreciation for hands-on work. I bring seven years of experience in commercial construction, including three as a construction manager focused on quality, innovation, and execution. I’m committed to Pierce Design + Build as a family business, valuing craftsmanship, reputation, and lasting client relationships. I prioritize clear communication and enjoy the collaborative nature of project management. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, music, and time with my wife, Sariah, and our three kids.
